Care is centred around each person’s needs and not fixed around any other routines or timetables.
Our highly trained staff will get to know each resident. Fully understanding their likes and dislikes, what time they like to get up, their favourite foods, particular interests and hobbies and the things that make them happy.
We’re keen to learn their life story and sit and listen and reminisce about happy, fond memories – creating a sense of wellbeing and security.
When residents move in, we highly recommend bringing personal items such as small pieces of furniture, pictures, lamps and other items that are familiar. This helps Marshview to feel more like home straight away.

We encourage residents to take part in a wide range of activities that are on offer, with many being specific for dementia care.
We’ll help residents with one-to-one time on existing hobbies and interests that they have enjoyed previously.
